They have designed, built and marketed many top resorts, golf courses, marinas and hotels, in addition to designing, constructing and marketing tens of thousands of traditional and high rise homes serving the primary, second-home and active-adult markets. They have previously raised several billion dollars of capital and were at the helm of WCI Communities when it was honored corporately as America’s Best Builder in 2004 by Builder Magazine and The National Association of Home Builders.
